1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern the booking and provision of private ground transport services — including airport and port transfers, private tours and chauffeur hire — offered by Luxury Auto Link Mykonos ("we", "us", "our") through this website, by telephone, by WhatsApp or by email. By placing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to the person making the booking (the "Client") and to all passengers travelling under that booking. The Client is responsible for making all passengers aware of these Terms.

2. Bookings and confirmation

3. Prices and payment

4. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

5. Pick-ups, waiting time and delays

6. Luggage, child seats and pets

7. Passenger conduct and safety

8. Insurance and liability

All vehicles are licensed for the transport of passengers and carry the insurance cover required by Greek law. We perform our services with the professional care expected of a licensed transport provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our own negligence and, in any event, to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, ferries, tours, connections, accommodation or other reservations, save where these result from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory consumer rights available to you under Greek and EU law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, road closures, port or airport disruption, accidents, traffic, civil unrest, acts of public authorities, epidemics, or a breakdown occurring despite proper maintenance. Where such an event prevents the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or to refund amounts paid for the affected service.

10. Lost property

Items found in our vehicles are kept for a reasonable period and can be collected or, where feasible, returned at the Client's cost. Please contact info@luxuryautolinkmykonos.com as soon as you notice a missing item. We cannot accept responsibility for items left behind.

11. Complaints

We take service quality seriously. Please send any complaint to info@luxuryautolinkmykonos.com within 14 days of the service, including your booking details and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to resolve them promptly.

12. Governing law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the moment of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. Any provision found to be invalid shall be replaced by a valid provision of equivalent effect, and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Website content, including text, images and branding, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

These Terms are provided as general information about our booking conditions and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend having them reviewed by a qualified Greek lawyer before relying on them commercially.
